I ordered from Henna Color Lab and the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. Compared to a few other similar sites I’ve tried, the whole process felt smooth, and I got the tracking info without having to chase anyone down.

The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that the tracking didn’t really update much at first, so I was kind of wondering where the package was for a bit. But it ended up arriving a couple days early and everything was in good shape, so overall I was happy with it.

I was hoping this would give me better coverage, but my grays started showing again after just a few washes. It looked okay at first, but it didn’t last nearly as long as I expected. For me, it’s not something I’d buy again.

My scalp usually gets irritated so easily, so I was nervous trying this henna. I’ll admit, after I paid I had that little moment of wondering if I’d made a mistake or if it would end up being another dud. But it actually felt really gentle on my scalp, no burning, no itching, just comfortable the whole time

I don’t know, it was one of those things where I looked in the mirror and just felt like it worked for me. Happy with it and I’ll definitely use it again.

It did take one extra message to actually get everything fixed, but maybe they were just a bit swamped that day. In the end, it all worked out fine. I’m giving 4 stars since it wasn’t totally seamless, but overall it was still a good experience.

I really couldn’t deal with the smell, it was just too strong for me. Tried to give it a chance but nope, wasn’t working.

I was expecting a bigger change based on their photos, but the color only changed a little for me. It was disappointing overall.

I really thought I was going to like this, but I’m not totally sure what happened with the color. I ordered what looked like a warm brown shade on the site, but on my hair it turned out way more reddish-orange than I expected. Maybe I picked the wrong shade, or maybe it just reacts differently depending on your hair, but I did follow the instructions and it still wasn’t very close to the pictures. Shipping was totally fine, I’m just disappointed the color didn’t match better.

Got exactly what I ordered and everything went smoothly. wrong items or mix-ups feel preventable, so I’m glad there were no issues at all.

The instructions just weren’t very clear to me, especially the mixing part. I ended up mixing it wrong the first time, and the result came out kind of patchy. Maybe it’s just me, but I had to reread it a few times and still wasn’t totally sure. Not super happy with how it turned out.

My hair did feel soft after using it, so I’ll give it that. I guess I just expected more based on how it was talked up. Not bad, but it didn’t exactly wow me either.

I’ve started noticing a pattern with hair products: the harsher they are, the worse my hair feels after a few uses. This one has been different. It doesn’t have all that harsh stuff, and my hair actually feels soft and healthy instead of stripped. Really glad I tried it.

i tried hennacolorlab.com because i was looking for something that wouldn’t wash out after like two showers.
the color actually stayed strong for about 4 weeks on me. it softened a little over time, especially near the roots, but it never turned patchy or weird.

i’m giving it 4 stars because applying it and rinsing it out took some effort. overall though, i was happy with how long the color lasted.

I really liked the shade and the coverage was actually good, but not long after using it my scalp got itchy and red. I rinsed it out quickly, but I still had irritation for a couple days afterward. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I’d definitely recommend doing a patch test first. Has anyone else had the same kind of reaction with this?

I couldn’t find anything that seemed like a good match for my hair, and the way the colors were described just made it more confusing. It was annoying not being able to tell what I was actually choosing. I ended up feeling unsure and skipped it. I really wish they had more shades and clearer info
